1. Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return if the item: Is returned within 30 days of delivery Is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging Includes all accessories, manuals, and tags Not eligible for returns: Digital or downloadable products Personalized or custom-made items Perishable goods Items marked “Final Sale” Intimate/health products (e.g., swimwear, underwear, beauty items once opened)

2. Proof of Purchase

We require a valid order number, invoice, or receipt to process any return.

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item: Approved refunds are issued within 3–7 business days Refunds go back to the original payment method

Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our error.
